Minders Acquires Dise to Bolster Telegram's B2B Sales Ecosystem
In a strategic move to enhance Telegram's B2B sales infrastructure, Minders has acquired Dise, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform specifically designed for sales teams operating within the Telegram ecosystem. Notably, the acquisition does not involve Minders taking equity in Dise; instead, Minders will gain autonomy over the software to complete Dise's product stack, tailored for businesses built on Telegram.
Dise was developed to address a critical gap: the lack of structured sales tools for crypto-native and Telegram-first organizations. Despite handling billions in transactions, many of these teams still depend heavily on informal communication via Telegram group chats. To tackle this, Dise launched the first CRM natively integrated with Telegram, offering features such as structured deal tracking, analytics, outreach tools, in-person prospecting through a "conference mode," and AI-powered functionalities.
The platform has already attracted users from prominent entities, including Adidas, the TON Foundation, Polygon, a16z Crypto, and MEXC.
This acquisition adds Dise to Minders' expanding portfolio of Telegram-focused tools, which includes TADS (an ad network for mini apps), CatchUP (a meeting scheduler), and Telesend (messaging automation), among others. Collectively, these tools reach an estimated 450 million users.
